Using Foundry’s Data Connection and Pipeline Builder, we ingested and standardized complex, inconsistent datasets and applied rigorous transformation logic to ensure accuracy, completeness, and historical traceability. Leveraging Contour, we validated and profiled the data before promoting it into a structured Ontology designed around key quality objects and their relationships.

With the ontology in place as a golden layter, we built a custom Foundry Workshop application that became the daily operational hub for quality engineers and managers. The application provided intuitive dashboards, filters, and write‑back capabilities, enabling teams to review NCRs, track dispositions, analyze trends, and update records directly through the interface. Additional developer workflows, guided walkthroughs, and permission‑based views ensured smooth adoption and long‑term maintainability.

The result was a single, trusted quality intelligence platform that improved visibility across shifts, reduced manual effort, and empowered leadership with real‑time insights to drive continuous improvement.
